Located at Eastern Oregon Trade and Event Center (EOTEC) in Hermiston, Oregon. The Remuda Classic is a Select Horse preview competition and sale, show casing All-Around Ranch horses in addition to a Stockdog Competition and Sale with $1000 added money and buckle for the stockdog competition.
The Remuda Classic is focused on providing an event for everyone in the community. This event is family oriented with a Vendor Expo and evening entertainment by Zac Grooms, North West Recording artist.
Friday will be a select All-Around Ranch horse competition and preview, Stockdog competition preview, “Run for the Remuda” Open 4D Barrel Race, and “Rope for the Remuda” Open Breakaway all with added money and buckles. While including vendor expo all day and evening entertainment.
On Saturday there will be the Select Horse sale while spotlighting our Select All-Around Ranch Horse winner and Stockdogs sale and competition winner and “Rope for the Remuda” Open Muley Roping and includes vendor expo and evening entertainment.
Part of the proceeds from the sale will go towards our local Western States Junior Rodeo Association Scholarship program. Come enjoy the competition, sale, and weekend with your family, friends and neighbors with no cover charge.
