Meet the Coaches: Guy & Angie Johnson of Double J Border Collies are open-level handlers and trainers who compete actively in NCA, MSSA, and USBCHA trials. They have been breeding top quality working border collies for the past 17 years and providing stockdog clinics for their puppy owners for the past 6 years. What sets them apart as clinicians is their approachability and communication skills. Both come from careers in education and thus have an ability to work effectively with a wide variety of people.
This clinic is designed to meet a wide variety of interests and needs from a young dog’s first exposure to stock to the person who wants to learn the fundamentals of stockdog training to novice and intermediate trial competitors who are seeking ways to improve their training and handling. Topics will be based entirely on the needs of individual handlers and their dogs.
