The trial is a public event and local fundraiser. You may enter 2 of the 3 Open trials.
Sheep: McCormack Ranch commercial South African Merino yearling ewes.
Course: Hill field, no more than 650 yards for Open and no more than 350 yards for Nursery/Pro Novice.
A challenging course with multiple hills and steep California rangeland terrain.
Prizes: Payout in Open after expenses.
Schedule: Open ($80/run) – Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Separate check for 3rd DOG or 3rd DAY.
Nursery ($60/run) – Monday *send copy of papers with entry*
Pro-Novice ($60) – Monday
All funds must be in US dollars and from US bank accounts. Entries open February 3 and close
February 8. Postmark priority. No refunds after February 28
